30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened with the original seal intact. Opened products or products with a broken seal are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to request a return

Email admin@sgprimeconsult.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Contact us before sending the item so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please retain proof of shipment.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and its condition checked, we will email you about your refund. Approved product refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and photos so we can help. The unopened-product condition above applies to change-of-mind returns.
